Florida is a beautiful state to live, with it’s year round sun, sandy beaches, low property taxes, no state tax, strong economy, outdoor activities year round, and lets remember the best one, no shoveling snow.

With all that being said, we get asked all the time. Which area should we look in to move to. So we did some digging, and decided to list the counties in highest income areas.

Well you guessed it, St Johns County comes in again as the richest area to live in Florida.

#1 - St Johns County - Located in northeast Florida, St. Johns County is another one of the wealthiest counties in Florida. According to the 2020 US census, the median household income in St. Johns County is $83,803. This makes it the wealthiest county in Florida by average.
